What’s Happening?
The Food Bank of Waterloo Region saw a 13% increase in children participants since the beginning of 2023.
The Pregnancy Centre provides a container of formula to more than 150 families each month.
Who’s Impacted?
Some parents choose to formula feed for reasons including:
- Low breast milk supply.
- Taking certain medications.
- Lack of social supports.
- Infant medical needs and allergies.
- Substance use.
- Infectious diseases.
- They are a single dad.

Colouring Contest
Generosity is for the whole family! Kids ages 0 to 12 are invited to join a colouring contest.
How to Enter
Bring your Baby Bottle colouring page to a participating church or enter the contest directly at The Pregnancy Centre. The colouring pages will be available soon!
Drop off your colouring page at 40 Francis St. S or email it to [email protected].
Contest Rules
- Entries are due June 17.
- Multiple entries are allowed.
- For kids ages 0-12.
- 3 winners will be selected from each age category: 0-4, 5-8, and 9-12.
- Winners will be announced the week of June 24.
