snack team

for MomtoMom

Plan, prepare and serve a healthy and delicious snack at our weekly Mom to Mom program.  Gather a few friends, neighbours or family members and form a team.  Each team is responsible for one Wednesday a month.  Your gift of food and time with our moms can meet physical, social and emotional needs.
TIME COMMITMENT //
1 Wednesday per month
September to May

mentor mom

at MomtoMom

Offer connection and support to women experiencing unplanned pregnancy by building a relationship and being an emotional and educational resource. Essentially, just being a good friend!
TIME COMMITMENT //
2 hrs per week
Kitchener, Wednesdays 10 am
Fergus, Mondays 1:30 pm
September to May

childcare

at MomtoMom

Provide quality care to clients children during our MomtoMom program, therefore enabling the moms to build life skills and healthy habits while having the gift of knowing their children are well cared for.
TIME COMMITMENT //
2 hrs per week
Kitchener, Wednesdays 10 am
Fergus, Mondays 1:30 pm

support worker

at centre

Give support to women who use our services. Empower women to make informed decisions… providing ongoing compassion regardless of clients choices. Role includes intakes, answering the phone and greeting clients – training provided.
TIME COMMITMENT //
3 – 4 hrs per week

care closet manager

at centre

Organize and sort donations, while replenishing care closet items as needed.
TIME COMMITMENT //

fundraising

events

There are so many exciting opportunities to be a part of when it comes to our fundraisers. Everything from planning the event, to decorating, to food and serving, set-up, clean-up etc… do what you love! We typically have two events per year, and these would be one-off serving opportunities.

2 events per year (per centre)
